Just Right Autos returns policy

Sometimes items need to be returned or exchanged.

To return any items simply write a note with the invoice number on, include it in the package and post them to:

Returning items

Any item that you return to Just Right Autos should be in a resalable condition, in the original packaging.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item from Just Right Autos, please email us to let us know as soon as possible. You must let us know within 7 working days of the item delivery.

We will ask you to return the item/s, then endeavour to replace the item/s as soon as we can.


We can refund an order, after the goods have returned safely to us at Just Right Autos Ltd.

Please include the invoice number in your package to make sure we can refund quickly.

Refunds will be made via your original payment method.


Every item has a 12 month minimum warranty. In the unlikely event that an item becomes faulty during that period, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Returning items by post

If we make an error then we will be sure to refund postage charges if you incur costs.

If it is simply a return because you ordered the wrong item you should incur the cost of postage.

Just Right Autos accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of goods during transit. Please ensure that you arrange appropriate insurance cover where possible.
